Registration Steps

Admission Process

Nibras Ideal School grants vocational certificates approved under the Educational and Vocational Curriculum for students with intellectual disabilities. These certificates qualify graduates to enter the Kuwaiti labor market according to their individual abilities, in line with Kuwait Rehabilitation Law No. 8 of 2010. The school accepts students between 6 and 21 years old.

Registration & Acceptance Procedures

  1. Fill out the admission application and attach all required documents (valid disability certificate and educational decision).
  2. Once documents are reviewed and meet the criteria, the student is invited for an evaluation by the multidisciplinary assessment team.
  3. If the evaluation is successful and a seat is available, a parent interview is scheduled.
  4. Registration is completed only after submitting all requirements and documents.

Required Documents (Kuwaiti Students)

  • Disability certificate from the Public Authority for Disability Affairs (PADA)
  • Valid educational decision matching the disability certificate
  • Birth certificate
  • Vaccination record
  • Father’s nationality certificate
  • Civil ID copies of the student and both parents
  • Custody or guardianship document (if applicable)
  • Student file from the previous school
  • Health card
  • School transfer certificate and clearance form
  • Sixteen (16) recent photos

Required Documents (Non-Kuwaiti Students)

  • Disability certificate from an approved medical center
  • Birth certificate
  • Custody or guardianship document (if applicable)
  • Passport and residency pages for the student and both parents
  • Civil ID copies
  • Student file from the previous school
  • Health card
  • Transfer certificate and clearance form
  • Sixteen (16) recent photos

Enrollment Procedures

Kuwaiti Students

Students are accepted upon receiving an official Placement Card from PADA, provided they meet the required conditions.
All registration documents must be signed by the parent, including the school transfer and clearance forms, and the health file must be submitted to the school nurse.

Non-Kuwaiti Students or Those without PADA Documents

After successfully completing the evaluation, the parent must:

  • Sign the registration forms
  • Sign the financial policy agreement
  • Sign a payment commitment form
  • Submit all required documents and the student’s health file

Withdrawal and Transfer Procedures

Withdrawal and Transfer Procedures

  • Complete the withdrawal form provided by the school.
  • Submit approval from the new school to receive the health and student files.
  • Obtain a signed financial clearance confirming that no outstanding payments remain.
