The Speech and Language Therapy Department is one of the distinguished departments at Al Nibras Ideal School. It employs a team of specialists to treat speech and language disorders and communication difficulties. This team collaborates closely with all other support services departments and the educational team.

This modern medical specialty focuses on helping individuals with special needs achieve maximum independence in various life areas. Students' abilities are developed in fine motor skills, visual perception, and sensory disorder treatment, utilizing a dedicated sensory room.

This department serves all age groups, providing individual and group therapeutic activities and exercises, including hydrotherapy and electrical therapy.

The Psychological Counseling Department supports students, staff, and parents, focusing on developing social skills and cognitive abilities. It provides programs and guidance to maximize students' potential across various fields.

In line with Al Nibras Ideal School’s commitment to providing integrated services, the Social Service Department plays a vital role by:

• Communicating with students, parents, faculty, and administration to foster effective cooperation.
• Organizing service councils such as the Parents, Teachers, and Students Council.

Al Nibras Ideal School prioritizes student health with a fully equipped clinic staffed by two full-time specialized nurses who manage health files and handle emergencies. Specialized doctors also visit periodically to examine students.

The school focuses on the nutritional well-being of its students with daily oversight by a nutritionist, who:

• Prepares nutritional menus and ensures the provision of balanced meals.
• Supervises and evaluates meals brought from home, communicating with parents about nutritional concerns.
• Develops therapeutic nutrition programs for students with special conditions, providing guidance and diet plans for home use.
• Promotes nutritional awareness and education among students and families.

The external training program for the Comprehensive Rehabilitation Department students offers opportunities to acquire professional and social skills through partnerships with various organizations. In the 2023/2024 school year, students trained with:

Al Nibras Ideal School, under the auspices of the Parent-Teacher Council, holds regular meetings for parents to exchange experiences and receive psychosocial support. These monthly seminars feature experts and specialists.
